Front desk was awesome to me and my friends. The room was great. I was a little under the weather from Chinese food the night before, so after checking out, I sat and rested in the lobby while I waited for my friends to return from sightseeing. Your lobby area staff were incredible and very accommodating while I convalesced.

I used public transport to get around as well as walking, I used the bus and train although there is the underground to get you around anywhere you want to go which, I chose not to use. In the area I stayed in there was easy access to public transport I followed the bus routes on the app sometimes having to use 2/3 buses to get from a to b. London is busy, and traffic hold ups at peak times should be expected therefore giving yourself time to travel is essential if going to the theatre or a planned meeting. Take plenty money with you because it is expensive. I stayed for 4 nights, it would take at least another week to become accustomed to the different areas and be confident travelling around the city to know exactly where your going and how to get there. I found people to be quite friendly and helpful when asking for directions, yes I would go back.

Recommend jumping on a double decker bus and heading to the thames early evening. The boat bar on the piers amazing offers spectacular views of the changing lights on the London eye side of river. The London eye is a definite must as is the tower of London. Tower Bridge and Westminster abbey. Nothing like London at night 🌙. St James Park is a great morning walk. Great to view Buckingham palace from there. A trip by train to Hampton Court Palace is worth the effort as is the small township with its lovely pubs and boutique stores.... Just love visiting London... 😍 ❤️ til next time.

Places to visit: St Pauls, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Tower bridge, HMS Belfast, Tower of London, Churchill War rooms, Charles Dickens museum, natural history museum, science museum, Portrait Gallery, the London Eye, Hyde park, Albert Hall... to name but a few! You could have many visits to London and still have many more places to visit. It has something for everyone. Many different ways to get around. The famous Black cab taxis, the tube, hop on and off buses and water taxis. 💖LONDON WILL NEVER GROW OLD, IT JUST GETS BETTER💖 There`s a lot of different accommodation to choose from. Budget hotels like Premier Inns, right through to 4/5 hotels like the Park Plaza`s. My favs so far...St. Pauls.. simply beautiful. Churchill War rooms... so full of history. Science museum... very well presented/ interesting. If you like Dickens... you`ll love the museum. Houses of Parliament... get a walking hand set and take a step back in time. Albert Hall... stunning.

Room is compact .. some would say too small perhaps, but for only 1 night it was perfectly fine. Room and bathroom was clean. Room was also perfectly quiet. Has a sweet little garden Although I did not have any, the breakfast looked nice but not many options. There are lots of options around this hotel for better breakfasts. Liverpool St is no more than 5 mins away and the new Elizabeth line means it's even more connected. If I need another stop over near the London office, will definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is in a very good location for my needs on that visit. Close to Paddington Station with over ground and underground rail links and close to many eating places but not many food shops except some good stores on Paddington Station concourse. The price is reasonable for inner London hotels. Security felt good with a locked front door and a person usually sat in the office by the door. It was warm and the noise levels were quite low.

I have traveled the world, and this hotel ranks among the nicest hotels I have visited. It is very clean, the location is absolutely perfect, the beds are very comfortable and the room was very quiet. By London standards, the rooms are quite large (we received an upgrade to a bigger room with a sofa bed because one of our rooms wasn't ready yet). The staff couldn't be nicer. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

Lone traveler, stayed one night. Very roomy for a London budget hotel. Stayed at the top floor where the roof was slanted which might cause issues for taller people but the actual room was very spacious compared to most cheaper London hotels. Room and bed were clean. Location is excellent, especially if you are interested in visiting Westfield shopping center more frequently, and there are two tube stations really close by.

The owner cared very much about easy check-in/ check-out and ensured we had everything we needed while our stay. The apartment is located a few minutes away from the tower bridge in a quiet area. Perfect for a few days of sight seeing London. For London the apartment is much more spacious and modern than most of the hotels - and considering the location, actually a real bargain.
