RIIZE (Korean: 라이즈) are a South Korean boy group under SM Entertainment. The group is composed of 6 members: Shotaro, Eunseok, Sungchan, Wonbin, Sohee and Anton. After a 10-month hiatus, SM Entertainment announced Seunghan's departure from the group on October 13, 2024. The group name, which is a combination of the words 'rise' and 'realize', means that the group will rise and realize their dreams together. They debuted on September 4, 2023 with the title track of their debut single album, Get A Guitar. The B-side track "Memories" was released digitally on August 21, 2023 alongside its music video as the group's "prologue single." The group made their comeback on April 18, 2024 with the release of "Impossible" alongside its music video, as the "prologue single" of their debut extended play RIIZING. On the 29th of the same month, the group released the EP's 3 B-side tracks "9 Days," "Honestly" and "One Kiss" digitally, alongside the music videos for 9 Days and Honestly. The group made their comeback after 2 months on June 17, 2024 with the release of their debut extended play RIIZING and its final single, "Boom Boom Bass," alongside its music video.
