Vs Self is a three-piece screamo band formed in 2018 and located in Apple Valley, California. They started off by playing a few shows in Los Angeles and the Inland Empire before releasing their first demo in December 2019. This demo would include four songs that would later appear on their debut LP, "Everything Seems Better Now," which was released in April 2020, and their single "Despair," which was released in July of the same year. Two years later, Vs Self would pair up with Knumears and release a split featuring four tracks from each side. https://vsself.bandcamp.com/
