They had two releases; "The Parallel Development" in 2002 was limited to 400 numbered copies, and the "Flow" EP from 2004 featured a cover of Norwegian Wood by John Lennon. Singer Heath King was known around the Melbourne live scene for Flow and his solo work, but tragically died in 2009 as a result of a motorcycle accident. Other members Steve MacKay (guitars) and Shane Russell (drums) went on to form Twelve Foot Ninja, who Heath was originally going to perform for. ........................................ 4. Flow, a band formed in Florida in 1970, released only one album, which has since gained positive recognition among folk-rock listeners and is considered a gem within the genre. Flow was a five-piece UK indie-pop band formed around the mid-90's. Hailing from Thames Valley, they consisted of Harvey 'Harv' Jessop (guitar), Andy 'Bono' Hodge (drums), Ness Hodge (vocals), Jez Spearman (bass) and Prod Pitchard (guitar/vocals). They released an EP, Shiner, in 1995 before following that up with an album, Sense, in 1996.
