James William Marriott, born July 7, 1997, age 27, is a Swiss-born English YouTuber and musician who currently resides in Brighton, England, known for his commentary based videos - although he last uploaded one in 2022 - where he gives his input on trending events in a comedic, witty fashion. James was a member of the now-inactive YouTube group the Eboys, and co-founded Rodd's (a brand of iced coffee) with fellow ex-Eboys member WillNE. James released the debut single for his sophomore album Don't Tell The Dog - I Don't Want To Live Like This - in February of 2025, releasing three more singles (Toothache in March, It's Only Love in May, and in June) before releasing the album on the 13th of June 2025. The album has since gone #1 in the UK album charts, his first #1. James cited Foals and The Strokes as major influences on his musical style, as well as Kelly Clarkson in her vocal production style.
