NCT 127 is a South Korean boy group formed by SM Entertainment in July 2016, the first fixed and second overall sub-unit from the main group NCT. The group consists of eight active members: Taeyong, Johnny, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, Mark, Haechan and Winwin, but he has been on hiatus since November 22, 2018. On August 28, 2024, SM Entertainment announced that Taeil would be officially leaving the group after he was involved in a sex crime.
