Declan O'Rourke biography

Declan O'Rourke (born in Dublin on 26 April 1976) is an Irish singer-songwriter based in Kinvara, Ireland. He was nominated for Best Irish Male at the 2008 Meteor Ireland Awards. In October 2017, the song cycle "Chronicles of the Great Irish Famine" was released. Fifteen years in the making, the album features some of the best musicians the Irish traditional music world including Mick McGoldrick, Dermot Byrne, Floriane Blancke, Jack Maher, Chris Herzberger, Catriona Frost, Rob Calder and John Sheahan.
