Sorcha Richardson biography

Sorcha Richardson is a Irish singer/songwriter based in Dublin, where she returned in 2017 after living in New York for eight years. Her atmospheric folk has been poetically described as "bedroom songs sung from a big city window" (bitzlr.com). She released her debut EP, "Sleep Will Set Me Free", in June 2012 and her follow up EP, "Last Train", on September 30th through Parisian indie label Crosswalk Records. Her debut album "First Prize Bravery" was realeased in November 2019 – "intimate, personal pop" (DIY). It was on the shortlist for RTÉ Choice Music Prize album of ther year.
