Kwaku Asante biography

Kwaku Asante is an artist from the UK who started sharing recordings and gaining fans on Soundcloud in 2017. His musical influences include his mother, his grandfather (an executive producer in Ghana who worked with such artists as Fela Kuti and Miriam Makeba), Whitney Houston, Luther Vandross, and his biggest influence, D'Angelo, who he has described as "the greatest of all time". In 2022 his debut full length album, Wanderlust, was released on streaming platforms.
