Conducta biography

An icon and trailblazer in the past seven years, Conducta has led the charge for the resurgence of UK Garage. The producer behind AJ Tracey’s inescapable “Ladbroke Grove” (now triple-platinum and recognised as the biggest-selling UK Garage record in history), Conducta is also the head of Kiwi Rekords, his label which created a hub for a new wave of garage producers to thrive. Following a stream of ground-breaking mixes, releases and parties, the label was named DJ Mag’s ‘Breakthrough Label’ for 2019, DJ Mag’s ‘Best Label’ award for 2020 and also picked up Resident Advisors ‘Best Mix’ award with Kiwi Krush. Conducta went on to cover the prestigious DJ Mag, and consequently Mixmag; a well-known face in the scene he has recently held his first Mixlab & has become an online favorite for his Boiler Room stream. More recently the Bristol native, just released his debut EP ‘In Transit’ drawing inspiration from touring, Conducta found creativity in the fluidity of movement and exploration; a chance to get creative whilst quite literally, in transit. The project as a whole solidifies a balance that Conducta previously sought; drawing from club culture but also embodying the freedom he now has to create music centered around UK Garage and beyond. With an 2nd upcoming ‘Conductas Crib’ all night long UK tour for fall 2023 & dates planned across the US, Asia & Australasia, Conducta continues to go from strength to strength.

  • What's interesting in London?

For those who have never been to London, the capital of Britain is associated with fog, Big Ben, and of course guards in bear caps. Yes, it is in London, as well as Kensington’s Victorian charm, the ever-singing Picadilly and Carnaby, Sherlock Holmes’s apartment and the oldest subway in the world.
