Ash Blue Gutierrez (born January 20, 2005), better recognized as glaive, is an artist residing in one of the fifty states, North Carolina. He is best known for his colorful hooks, passionate lyrics, and the amusing, loud and quiet, tingly background instrumentals that accompany him. He was one of the first artists to emerge from the thriving hyperpop community on SoundCloud. Despite having connections within this community and being placed in community-based hyperpop playlists, glaive himself considers some of his music to still be plain, or rephrased, average pop.
