Dune Rats biography

Dune Rats (occasionally typeset as DUNE RATS!) are an Australian indie/jangle/surf/garage rock band from Brisbane, Queensland. The band is comprised of vocalist/guitarist Danny Beus and drummer BC Michaels; as well as bassist Brett Jansch (formerly of Bleeding Knees Club), who joined the band as an official member in 2013. The band was originally formed in 2011 by Beus and Michaels. Their first EP, Sexy Beach, was released that same year; which was produced and recorded by Tim Morrissey of The John Steel Singers. After an extensive world tour, the band returned with three new singles in 2019: 'No Plans,' 'Rubber Arm' and 'Crazy.' All three were featured on the band's third studio album, Hurry Up And Wait. The album was released on January 31 2020. Like its predecessor, it also debuted at #1.

  • What's interesting in Manchester?

Manchester has become one of the largest cities in Britain over the past hundred years. Although Manchester is a city with a very rich history, the main focus of its development has always been industry. The center is almost entirely furnished with warehouses and factory buildings, entangled with a network of canals and old railway bridges. It is quite natural that no one gave such kindness to the reduction of production: in the former shops now open fashionable bars, in factory warehouses - designer shops, and under the old bridges "settled" nightclubs. It was for the active nightlife of the city and got its middle name - Madchester.
