Peter Doherty biography

Peter Doherty (born 12 March 1979 in [plceformed]Hexham, Northumberland, United Kingdom) is an English musician, songwriter, actor, poet, writer and artist. He is best known for being co-frontman of The Libertines, which he formed with Carl Barât in 1997. His other band projects are the indie band Babyshambles, and Peter Doherty & The Puta Madres. He also released a collaborative album with French musician Frédéric Lo, entitled The Fantasy Life of Poetry & Crime (2022), credited to Peter Doherty & Frédéric Lo. The album Peter Doherty & The Puta Madres (2009), with The Puta Madres, is frequently scrobbled as a Peter Doherty solo album, but it is officially credited to Peter Doherty & The Puta Madres.

The center is almost entirely furnished with warehouses and factory buildings, entangled with a network of canals and old railway bridges.
