Tegan Joshua Anthony Chambers, also known as Sleepy Hallow, is an American rapper and singer. Born December 20, 1999, he grew up in Flatbush, located in Brooklyn, New York. His first single to blow up was Flows, which features fellow rapper and best friend, Sheff G. Sleepy Hallow is considered one of the earlier pioneers of the Brooklyn drill scene.
