RedHook biography

RedHook is an Australian rock band from Sydney, formed in 2017. The band consists of guitarist Craig Wilkinson, bassist Ned Jankovic, drummer Alex Powys and vocalist Emmy Mack. In 2019 they released four singles, "Minute On Fire", "Turn Up The Stereotype", "Paralysed", and "Only Bones". The same year they released a cover of "Guerrilla Radio" by Rage Against The Machine. In 2021 they released their debut EP Bad Decisions on April 23. They acquired Ned Jankovic formerly of Australian metalcore band Awaken I Am. On April 21, 2023, they independently released their full-length album "Postcard From A Living Hell." https://weareredhook.com/

    Manchester has become one of the largest cities in Britain over the past hundred years. Although Manchester is a city with a very rich history, the main focus of its development has always been industry. The center is almost entirely furnished with warehouses and factory buildings, entangled with a network of canals and old railway bridges. It is quite natural that no one gave such kindness to the reduction of production: in the former shops now open fashionable bars, in factory warehouses - designer shops, and under the old bridges "settled" nightclubs. It was for the active nightlife of the city and got its middle name - Madchester.
