Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever biography

Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever, also sometimes known as Rolling Blackouts C.F., is an Australian indie rock band. They formed in Melbourne in 2013 by three singer-guitarists: Fran Keaney, Tom Russo & Joe White, joined by Marcel Tussie on bass and Joe Russo on drums. Playing bright, energetic indie rock with lively guitar lines, sharp hooks, and dry wit, the Australian quintet turn the clock back to the glory days of '80s jangle pop, but give the sound a tough, no-nonsense attitude. As of July 2023, the band has released three studio albums (Hope Downs - 2018, Sideways To New Italy - 2020, Endless Rooms - 2022) and two EPs (Talk Tight - 2016, The French Press - 2017).

  • What's interesting in Manchester?

Manchester has become one of the largest cities in Britain over the past hundred years. Although Manchester is a city with a very rich history, the main focus of its development has always been industry. The center is almost entirely furnished with warehouses and factory buildings, entangled with a network of canals and old railway bridges. It is quite natural that no one gave such kindness to the reduction of production: in the former shops now open fashionable bars, in factory warehouses - designer shops, and under the old bridges "settled" nightclubs. It was for the active nightlife of the city and got its middle name - Madchester.
