"VHOOR" Victor Hugo de Oliveira Rodrigues, é um beatmaker, produtor e DJ mineiro. Nascido e criado em Belo Horizonte, VHOOR é um dos principais artistas da atual música eletrônica brasileira. Na sua obra, explora o funk em suas diversas linguagens e aprofunda o encontro da música de baile e de pista. O jovem assinou discos premiados, como "Baile", do também artista mineiro "FBC", e já tocou em casas na Europa e nos Estados Unidos, incluindo festivais como Primavera e Sónar e a plataforma Boiler Room.
