Marwan Ahmed Metaweh, known professionally as Marwan Pablo, is an Egyptian rapper, singer, songwriter and A Record Producer from Alexandria, Egypt. He is best known for his song "El Gemeza", which has received over 2 million plays on Spotify. Pablo's former stage name was DAMA. He deleted most of his work in 2016 and announced his new character and technique style "Pablo" referring to Pablo Picasso as he -Marawan- believes he is a new generation of T/RAP. Pablo, Started with El Gholaf X Ozoris at late 2017. Main elements of Marwan Pablo's Music are fusion of music genres as Rap, Trap, Electronic mixed with the Egyptian Style. He believes his art is a new wave, however in early 2020 Pablo deleted all his videos from youtube and sent a message to his fans on instagram saying he is repenting to god and will stop Rapping! Return: - On January 2021, Pablo's name was trending again when news circulated of his prospective return after his profile picture on Facebook was changed. The new picture gained a hundred thousand likes in a couple of hours, but he never made an official announcement about it. - On February 19th, a leaked video on Twitter showcasing Pablo working on a new song, preparing for his return, went viral. His name topped the trending list on Twitter that day in Egypt. - On February 25th, Pablo returned to the music industry with the release of 'Ghaba' [Jungle] and reactivating all his social media accounts. Marwan Pablo's comeback music video surpassed 4,000,000 views on YouTube within the first 24 hours after release and hit the platform's top 10 trending worldwide.
