There may be more than one artist with this name, including: 1) Le Ren is Canadian singer-songwriter Lauren Spear, currently based in Montréal, Canada; 2) Le Ren was an American shoegazer band formed in 1996 in Detroit. 2) Le Ren was an American shoegazer band formed in 1996 in Detroit when Nardo recorded some tracks. In 2003, while taking time off from working with The Chocolate Thunder Experience, Nardo awakened Le Ren from its three-year sleep in Los Angeles, where he met Tatiana from The Blonde Names, who also helped mold Le Ren. In 2009 the fates would have it no other way than to cross Nardo’s path with Army Brat and Heidelberg, Germany born singer songwriter Tina Renee. They joined forces and took Le Ren’s journey to another level with tracks like “Birds” and “Bah Dee Bye-Bye”.
