Riley Buccola, performing as R I L E Y and RILEY (previously RILEY JVMES) is an alternative R&B singer and tour manger from Huntington Beach, California. It was after seeing the crowd during blackbear's Coachella set that RILEY decided to become a performer himself. Before finishing his EP, " Love Was Never Enough", he was performing on Warped Tour while simultaneously tour managing Chase Atlantic on the same tour.
