Yasmin Williams (raised in northern Virginia) is an American finger-style composer and guitarist. She plays guitar, harp-guitar, and other instruments (such as kalimba) in solo performances, often with the instrument on her lap. Her third album, "Urban Driftwood" was released on Spinster in 2021. The songs on the album were written in 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdown and were influenced by the Black Lives Matter protests during that year.
