Martin Garrix biography

Martijn Gerard Garritsen, born on May 14, 1996, is a Dutch musician and producer from Amstelveen. He was named the DJ Mag top DJ worldwide for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2022 and 2024. He has also had several high-profile artists' residencies, including at Hï Ibiza and OMNIA Nightclub. In recent years, Garrix has continued to evolve as an artist, experimenting with new sounds and collaborations. In 2023, he released his debut artist album Sentio, which marked a shift toward a more melodic and introspective style while retaining his signature high-energy drops. The album was well-received, further solidifying his versatility.
