Liberato (stylised as LIBERATO) is an Italian singer who is difficult to categorize. Although the language of his lyrics is primarily Neapolitan, he often combines words or entire phrases in Italian, English, French, and Spanish. The mystery surrounding his true identity is a distinctive trait of Liberato's persona, to the extent that he only appears in public while hooded, accompanied by look-alikes, or hidden behind a screen.
