Jakub Skorupa is a Polish vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter who began his artistic journey in 2021. Skorupa's music is characterized by a melancholic blend of rap narration and alternative sounds. He incorporates elements of hip-hop, psychedelic rock, spoken word poetry, and downtempo beats into his compositions. Although Skorupa’s music has been labeled the “soundtrack for millennials,” he doesn’t believe this description fully captures his audience. While millennials are certainly part of his fan base, his music speaks to a broader range of people. At his concerts, Skorupa sees a diverse group of listeners—people in their 20s, as well as those in their 50s and 60s. He believes that his appeal is not bound by age but by a shared sensitivity and perspective on life. .
